Borough Code

Borough code continually changes as new ordinances are adopted by the Assembly. The Borough has moved to "on-demand" codification. This means that legislation is typically codified within 10 days of adoption by the Assembly.

Borough Code is available through our Code Publishing service's Web Site .

If you have a paper version of code, please remember that the online version of Code will always be the most up-to-date.

Title 16 was replaced with Title 27 with the adoption of Ordinance Serial No. 06-147(AM), however, it is still valid for some continuing platting actions. Title 16 has been supplied for those instances.

Title 27 was replaced with Title 43 with the adoption of Ordinance Serial No. 11-072, however, it is still valid for some continuing platting actions. Title 27 has been supplied for those instances.

Title 43 can be located in Borough Code.
