Project Management

Our Project Management Division oversees every step of Borough construction projects—from initial design through final handover—including new schools, libraries, fire stations, water and sewer systems, facility renovations, recreation facilities, roads, pathways, and other public infrastructure.

As careful stewards of taxpayer dollars, we prioritize safe, durable, low-maintenance buildings and infrastructure that enhance community well-being and operate efficiently. By combining detailed planning, cost estimation, schedule oversight, and close coordination with consultants, contractors, and agencies, we keep projects on track, on budget, and fully compliant with all standards.
