Project Management

The Project Management Division delivers the Borough’s capital improvement projects from initial concept and design through construction and final closeout. The division manages a broad range of public projects, including schools, libraries, fire stations, recreation facilities, roads, pathways, port facilities, water and sewer systems, and other public infrastructure.

Working closely with borough departments, utilities, the school district, cities, state, federal agencies, and other stakeholders the Division coordinates planning, design, and construction to ensure projects align with community needs and long-term plans.

As careful stewards of public funds, the division prioritizes safe, durable, and efficient facilities. Through structured planning, cost estimating, schedule management, and coordination with consultants and contractors, the division works to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards.
