City of Palmer Comprehensive Plan

Plan Overview

Although cities are their own jurisdiction, their comprehensive plans are part of the overall Matanuska Susitna Borough Comprehensive Plan. Each city is responsible for the creation of their comprehensive plans, working with their communities.

Plan Justification

"The comprehensive plan consists of the following elements, which are incorporated in this chapter by reference. If elements of the comprehensive plan conflict, the element most recently adopted shall govern." MSB 15.24.030 Palmer: MSB 15.24.030(B)(3)
