Fall 2025 Land Sale (TS48)

Bidding registration and parcel preview: October 8 thru November 4, 2025
Bidding starts: 8:00 am on October 20, 2025 
Bidding ends: Noon (12:00 pm Alaska Standard Time) November 5, 2025

The Mat-Su Borough is pleased to announce a special offering of 10 real property parcels available for purchase. These parcels were previously listed in past tax foreclosure sales but remain unsold.

Please note that this sale is different from the regular October tax foreclosure sale. Before placing a bid, we strongly encourage you to carefully review the terms and conditions associated with this offering to ensure full understanding of the process and requirements.

Parcel preview and sale information will be available starting at 8:30 am on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at MSB - Tax & LID Foreclosure Sale .

The online competitive auction will be conducted through the Public Surplus auction site
