MSB008232 AK Range Resources Lease

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (Borough) Land & Resource Management Division has received a request from Alaska Range Resources LLC (AKRR), a subsidiary of Nova Minerals, to lease land within the Point MacKenzie Port District to establish a U.S. Critical Minerals Production Hub on Borough property (7170000T003).  AKRR will develop and operate a state-of-the-art antimony and critical minerals processing and refining facility within the Port District at Point MacKenzie. This facility will serve as a cornerstone of the United States domestic supply chain for antimony, a strategically vital critical mineral.
