MSB008256 MTA Utility Easement

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Land & Resource Management Division has received a request from Matanuska Telecom Association (MTA) for a 20’ X 740’ public utility easement located on Borough-owned property known as Tract A, Upper Heights Subdivision, Phase II, plat 98-124 (tax account 54789000T00A-1). This project is the location of the Meadow Lakes Elementary School. The proposed utility easement is adjacent to Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) right-of-way project no. 35411 (parcel 19). MTA does not have room within the ADOT&PF right-of-way to place new utility facilities. ADOT&PF has reviewed the request and has no objections.
