MSB008269 - Shaw Public Safety Storage Building Easement

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Land & Resource Management Division received a request from Matanuska Electric Association (MEA) for a 20’ wide public utility easement on Borough-owned property to serve the Department of Emergency Services Shaw Warm Storage Building, also known as PSB 5-3 (18N01E30B002). A public utility easement was recorded in 2023; however, the installed utilities were placed in a different location. The newly proposed easement aligns with the actual utility line.
