MSB008270 O&M Covered Storage Building Easement

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB), Land & Resource Management Division received a request from MSB Public Works, Pre-Design & Engineering Division for a 90’ X 20’ wide public utility easement on Borough-owned property known as Lot C-2A, Palmer Industrial Park Subdivision RSB (tax account 55129000L00C-2A). The proposed easement is intended to serve the new MSB Operations & Maintenance covered storage building located at the rear of the property.
