MSB008273 Drainage Easement-Big Lake Library

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB), Land & Resource Management Division received a request from MSB Public Works, Pre-Design & Engineering Division, for an additional drainage easement on the Big Lake Library property (tax account 17N03W21C009). This Borough project is intended to address ongoing drainage issues along Jolly Creek. In 2024, a 20’ X 30’ drainage easement was recorded under serial number 2024-012902-0 PRD. Following a project redesign, an additional easement is required.
