MSB008314 Slope & Maintenance Easement - Echo Hills

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Land & Resource Management Division received a request from MSB Public Works, Pre-Design & Engineering Division, for an additional slope and maintenance easement on a piece of Borough-owned property known as Lot one (1), Block three (3) Echo Hills Subdivision, according to Plat 72-18, also known as 5284 S Echo Lake Dr. (tax account 6101B03L001). This easement will expand an already existing easement area which was recorded under serial number 2021-033217-0 PRD. The Borough project is intended to address drainage issues by allowing for proper sloping of land to ensure adequate water traverse through the newly designed ditches.

Supporting material is available for public inspection by appointment only during normal business hours on the 2nd floor of the Borough Building in the Land & Resource Management office or visit the Public Notice Section on the Borough’s web page, www.matsu.gov. Public comments are invited on this request. If you have any comments, please mail or deliver them to the Borough offices at the address indicated above, no later than  August 12, 2026.
