MSB008315 Public Use Easement - Scotty Lake

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Land & Resource Management Division received a request for a public easement on Borough-owned property located east of Scotty Lake near Trapper Creek, Alaska. The request is for a 60’ access easement for road construction with a 15’ utility easement, totaling 75 feet. The easement would connect to the corresponding DNR Public Access Easement ADL 234686 at the north end of the property.

Supporting material is available for public inspection by appointment only during normal business hours on the 2nd floor of the Borough Building in the Land & Resource Management office or visit the Public Notice Section on the Borough’s web page, www.matsu.gov. Public comments are invited on this request. If you have any comments, please mail or deliver them to the Borough offices at the address indicated above, no later than ** August 22, 2026**.
