MSB008324 Valley Pathways Public Use Easement

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB), Land & Resource Management Division received a request from MSB Public Works Department for a public use easement on Borough-owned property known as the Valley Pathways School property (tax account number 17N02E06C004). The easement would support the Hemmer Road Extension South project, which would extend the roadway and construct a multi-use trail connecting the Palmer-Wasilla Highway to France Road. The proposed improvements would provide a safer connection for Valley Pathways School students and bring the roadway up to collector standards.
