MSB 17.65 - Application for Variance (Tax ID #6017B02L004)
Charles Nardini, property owner, has applied for a variance under MSB 17.65 for a parcel located on North Keith Street (Tax ID# 6017B02L004). The property is approximately 0.13 acres. The owner is proposing to construct a residential structure approximately 10 feet from the public right-of-way known as East Carter Circle. Per Borough code, structures are required to maintain a minimum setback of 25 feet from a public right-of-way.
