MSB 17.65 - Application for Variance (Tax ID #8578B05L015A)
Sharon Hart and Ronald Peterson, property owners, have applied for a variance under MSB 17.65 for a parcel located on Stepan Lake (Tax ID# 8578B05L015A). The property is approximately 0.63 acres. The owners are proposing to construct an arctic entry addition to an existing residential structure approximately 67 feet from Stepan Lake. Per Borough code, structures are required to maintain a minimum setback of 75 feet from a waterbody.
