A.     STONE CREEK PHASE 6 RSB LOTS 19-20 BLOCK 2: The request is to create two lots from Lots 19 & 20, Block 2, Stone Creek Phase 6, Plat No. 2021-48 to be known as LOTS 19A AND 20A, BLOCK 2, containing 2.26 acres +/-.  The property is located south of E. Aspen Ridge Road, east of N. Engstrom Road, and north of E. Settlement Avenue (Tax ID # 8124B02L019 & L020); within the NE ¼ Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 01 East, Seward Meridian, Alaska.  In the North Lakes Community Council and in Assembly District #1.
