Right of Way (ROW)
ROW support for Public Works Road Service Area and Transportation Infrastructure Program projects as well as other Borough departments and the Mat-Su School District.
Support includes negotiation and acquisition of ROW for transportation projects; Identification of public ROW; Research and support of the reconnaissance and preliminary design phase for transportation projects; Utility expansion route consultations; Coordination of MSB-ADOT&PF ROW transfers; Review of engineering designs for identification and appraisal management; Management of acquired ROW for active projects.
