What is a Conditional Use Permit?
Some land uses require special review to make sure they fit well with the surrounding neighborhood. A Conditional Use Permit is needed when your proposed use is listed as “conditional” in the borough’s zoning code. This process allows the borough to evaluate your project and apply conditions to reduce potential impacts.

- Resource extraction or very tall structures
How to Apply
