  • Your property is outside the cities of Palmer, Wasilla, or Houston.

  • You are not already required to obtain another permit under Title 17 of borough code.

Even if not required, landowners may voluntarily request a land use permit for any proposed development or use.

    • Septic systems and wells

    • Intended use of proposed structures
