The Big Lake Road Service Area (RSA No. 21) provides road construction, maintenance, and drainage services for the Big Lake area, excluding the City of Houston. Governed by a five-member board of supervisors, the RSA helps ensure local roads and related infrastructure are maintained to support safe, reliable community transportation.
