The Human Resources Division supports the Borough’s mission by fostering innovative workforce programs and practices that help make the Mat-Su Borough a great place to live and work. We are committed to delivering fair, high-quality, and customer-focused service in all aspects of human resources.

Our team partners with departments to recruit and retain a skilled workforce, provide supervisor training, and ensure clear guidance on policies and procedures. We prioritize effective communication, timely support, and exceptional service for both internal and external customers.
