MSB Employee Benefit: Capstone Primary Care

If you are covered under the Borough health plan you can visit any Capstone Clinic for primary care, preventive care, and urgent care services at no cost, no deductible and no co-pay. If you have a spouse or child enrolled in the Borough health plan they qualify for this benefit too.

When you check in at a Capstone Clinic, let them know you are a Matanuska-Susitna Borough employee.

Please note: Capstone isn’t allowed to bill anyone who has Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, or TriWest insurance, since those plans have specific rules. If you, or one of your family members, has one of these plans, care at Capstone is still an option. Just be advised that Capstone will bill your Allied plan along with the other insurance plan.
