MSB Employee Benefit: Capstone Primary Care

If you are covered under the Borough health plan you can visit any Capstone Clinic for primary care, preventive care, and urgent care services at no cost, no deductible and no co-pay. If you have a spouse or child enrolled in the Borough health plan they qualify for this benefit too.

When you check in at a Capstone Clinic, let them know you are a Matanuska-Susitna Borough health plan member.

Please note: If you are enrolled in a government-funded plan in addition to the Borough health plan, you are not eligible for this benefit. Government regulations require Capstone to bill the government plan, and they do not allow billing under this type of contract. (Government funded plans include, Tricare, Triwest, Medicare and Medicaid)
