Transcarent connects you with top-rated facilities and surgeons for certain procedures including orthopedic, cardiac and women’s health, to name a few. First class travel costs are covered for you and a companion, and you pay a $0 deductible and $0 coinsurance for these surgical services. Please refer to the flyer included in the enrollment packet for more detailed information.

You are not required to use Transcarent for your surgery, but you must contact Transcarent to learn about your options prior to proceeding with a non-urgent surgical procedure. Failure to contact Transcarent will incur a $200 penalty
