From maintaining accurate records and managing the central treasury’s investments to coordinating grant billings and debt‐service reimbursements, we ensure resources are allocated wisely across general, non‐areawide, city, and service‐area funds. When we deliver specialized services for other divisions or external partners, we recover costs through interfund transfers or administrative fees, always following best practices and transparent processes.
