Revenue and Budget
The Revenue and Budget Division handles all billing and collection for taxes, solid waste fees, land sales and leases, registrations, special assessments, and other borough charges. We compile the annual budget, post and reconcile every transaction in the general ledger, and oversee the creation of Local Improvement Districts. We also manage property foreclosures for unpaid taxes and LIDs, monitor bankruptcy cases, and dedicate significant time to answering public inquiries.

Business License
The borough no longer requires or issues Business Licenses (State & City licenses are still necessary)
Local Improvement District (LID)
The Borough can form Local Improvement Districts (LIDs) to fund essential upgrades. LIDs may be proposed by property owners or our assembly, allowing costs to be shared by properties benefiting from the improvements.
