Community Growth Solutions Study (2025)
Study Overview
The Community Growth Solutions Study examined transportation networks and land use in four growing areas ("sub-areas") of the Borough. It recommends wise investments to improve both physical infrastructure (such as roads), as well as MSB policies or practices that impact how development happens within the Borough. The Study will inform future planning efforts related to both land use and transportation, however, the study as a whole is NOT adopted as an official MSB Plan.
