Transportation Advisory Board (TAB)

The Transportation Advisory Board makes recommendations to the administration and the Assembly on transportation issues with respect to the: Official Streets and Highways Plan; Long Range Transportation Plan; annual Capital Improvement Program; transportation component of community comprehensive plans; methods of funding transportation systems; location and development of transportation systems, transportation corridors, and traffic movement; and other matters relating to Borough transportation issues.

The board shall meet in session quarterly with Planning Department staff who shall assist the board in its work.

The seven-member board represents the following sectors:

• At Large

• Aviation

• Local Road Service Areas (vacant)

• Non-Motorized

• Public Transportation Industry (vacant)

• Student Transportation

• Transportation Engineering or Construction
