IMPORTANT NOTE: The F&LS office issues permits, where required by the Alaska Administrative Code. You may require additional permits from other agencies, including but not limited to specific State Agencies such as Licensing or DEC, Matanuska Susitna Bureau planning department, the cities of Wasilla or Palmer, or other agencies. The property owner is responsible for determining what additional permits may be needed and completing those application processes.
